As a Field Services Delivery Specialist, you'll combine technical knowledge and customer service skills while coordinating field technicians’ deployments to Envysion’s customers’ sites. Therefore, technical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the client organization will be essential. Along with the Solutions Delivery and Technical Support teams, this position will be a key point of contact for internal and external customers regarding cases’ status and resolutions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Manage the entire work order cycle between multiple platforms by creating and maintaining detailed and accurate work order information, related to existing internal cases and service tickets.
Knowledge of Field Nation platform or other deployment systems preferred.
Help support the POS, EVA, and SSP configurations team.
Strong collaborator. Ability to work closely with our Tech Support and Solutions Delivery Team while maintaining a good professional working environment.
Constantly updating our internal technical support cases with field technicians schedule assignments, and updating work orders with templates, tracking information, changes in SOW, etc.
Possess technical aptitude for performing technical tasks to resolve customer issues.
Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams and projects in parallel.
Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible and dynamic environment.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to internal and external customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s values.
Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
Inbound/Outbound technical support.

- A general understanding of hardware and video security solutions is preferred.
- Previous experience with Linux operating systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
The hourly rate for this role in Colorado is $20 per hour.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of previous experience within field solutions delivery or customer site configuration.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required- employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
