The Mid-Market Sales Rep is an integral part in the success of the Sales organization. Join a team that is the transactional engine of the sales organization. We work opportunities from qualifying leads through close! We work together with other sales and technical colleagues to identify and solve customer technical and business challenges.
MM Sales Rep is a quota carrying sales professional with a list of accounts and responsible for selling Rave’s products to mid-sized Counties, Municipalities and School Districts
Meet/exceed monthly sales goals
Pursue leads and referrals; Cold-call and email into targeted accounts, lists or personally researched contacts within a specified region/market to uncover and qualify opportunities
Employ effective selling techniques including pre-call planning, effective opening, and productive questioning strategies that lead to a close
Provide ongoing lead development and nurturing strategies for prospects that are not currently ready to purchase.
Proficiency with product knowledge to effectively demonstrate the product and answer customer questions
Responsible for customer follow-up and closing deals
Manage and maintain accurate prospect and customer account activity and information in Salesforce
Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Demonstrate superb organizational and follow-up abilities
4-year college degree preferred
1-3+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in the Public Safety or Government space
High Achievement and proven track record for excelling in a fast-paced work environment
2+ years of sales experience
