What You’ll Do:
Develop tactics to accelerate the integration of Rave Mobile Safety’s State and Local/K-12 product suite across Motorola’s sales channels.
Optimize attachment projects and Rave/MSI sales team collaboration through sales enablement and the implementation of new tactics.
Track results of attachment projects and Rave/MSI sales team collaboration.
Engage with Customers, Channel Partners, MRs, MSI Direct Selling Team, and Rave SLG Overlay Team to collect data, provide coaching, and make recommendations on ways to optimize Rave’s Go-To-Market strategy.
5+ years of successful software sales experience
State/Local government sales experience preferred
Public Safety sales experience preferred
Strong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutions
Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
Strong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy is required
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
Exceptional presentation skills required
5+ Years of software sales experience
