Field Services for Dash Camera, Body Camera and Evidence Management department
Install and support WatchGuard Video applications at Client site, these can be Azure cloud based, Linux based, or Windows based depending on the customer
Develops and implements the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
Evaluates system specifications for business requirements
Works closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs
Install and support WatchGuard Video In-Car Police Video hardware
Train end users on functionality of end to end usage of the video system
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows environments (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 and higher)
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Linux environments (RedHat / Centos preferred)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities
Works well individually or in a group setting
Successfully presents technical information
Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations and time constraints
Survey, design, install and maintain the infrastructure supporting wireless communications systems at Client site
Position with travel 50% - 75%
Familiarity with Azure Cloud based applications
Docker installation, configuration, and troubleshooting experience
TCP/IP Networking Experience (wired and wireless)
Highly skilled in Hardware, Software and Network troubleshooting
Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology
Excellent verbal/written communication
Strong analytical skills
Some experience working on cars is desirable but not a must
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers
Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of IT experience.
OR 4 years of IT experience.
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
